Healing After Loss began as a small attempt to put words to the ache of grief. Over time, it’s become a soft space for anyone learning how to live again after loss.

Here you will learn about the quiet moments of healing. The things we hold onto, the ways we slowly let go, and the little pieces of comfort that remind us life can still be beautiful.

You’ll find reflections on grief, gentle acts of self-care, and the unexpected places where healing begins. We’ve learned to heal through plants and pets as well as travel, creativity, and community.

My hope is that something here helps you feel less alone. Maybe a little lighter, and reminded that healing doesn’t mean forgetting. It means learning to carry love forward. 💛
